3 Stage Whole House Water Filter System
The 3 Stage Whole House Water Filter System provides high-flow water filtration for homes and villas in the UAE. Installed on the main water supply line, the system filters water before it is distributed throughout the property, helping reduce sand, rust, sediment, chlorine, and unpleasant odours from the household water supply.
Using three full-size 20" × 4.5" filter cartridges, the system combines 1-micron sediment filtration with two stages of activated carbon filtration. It is imported from Taiwan, designed with USA technology, and supplied by Aqua Hygiene for residential whole-house applications.

What Is a 3-Stage Whole House Water Filter?

How the 3 Stage Filtration System Works
Stage 1 – 1 Micron PP Sediment Filter
Its purpose is to capture fine suspended particles such as: Sand, Rust, Dirt, Sediment, Other suspended particulate matter.
Placing sediment filtration first also helps protect the downstream carbon cartridges from excessive particulate loading.
Stage 2 – CTO Activated Carbon Block
Activated carbon is primarily used to help reduce chlorine and undesirable taste and odour /compounds in the water. The carbon-block format also provides an additional filtration barrier after the PP sediment stage.
Stage 3 – GAC Granular Activated Carbon

It is important to understand what this system does not do.
This product is a whole-house filtration system, not an RO drinking-water purifier and not an ion-exchange water softener. This system does not reduce dissolved salts/TDS or soften hard water. Separate treatment is required for these purposes.
Whole House Water Filter vs. Water Softener
A water filter and a water softener solve different water-quality problems.
This 3 stage water filtration system primarily targets suspended sediment and carbon-treatable contaminants such as chlorine and odour. A traditional water softener uses ion-exchange resin to reduce hardness minerals such as calcium and magnesium.
If the main problem in a property is hard water or limescale, a dedicated water-softening system may be required in addition to filtration.
Similarly, customers requiring purified drinking water with substantial dissolved-solids reduction should consider a suitable reverse osmosis drinking-water system at the point of use.
Installation on the Main Water Supply
The system is installed on the main water supply line so incoming water passes through all three cartridges before being distributed throughout the home.
